Decelerator or Hand Throttle (STD cab) 5 Volt Supply voltage is too high

Foot Throttle 5 Volt Supply voltage is too high (engine controller pin B29)

If Steering Not Working,Hydraulic suction filter plugged.Improper tire inflation.Steering linkage needs lubrication.Excessive play in steering. See your John Deere Dealer.
